SUGAR CUT!

Tough i'm not a big fan of any sorts kind of comfort food but i still love some sweet sin added on my dish. Some times i don't even realize i ate too much of it ! :P...Buuut, since i'm on the program, i really begun to watch what i ate. And here's some of recipes i found to cut back sugar but still taste yuummm...

1. Spinach Quinola Scramble: Two scramble to start a day..really not bad, ad more crush black
                                             pepper will do!


2. Strawberry Banana Cream: Snack time never been so creamy...perfect balance of protein anc carbs not to mention low in carb...so it doesnt stay on your abs...owh i want it now!


3. Lentil Tomato Soup: i looove soups and what special about this soup it high in fiber combine with protein.


4. Asparagus Salmon Bundle: I just learn to eat fish this late two months, can't you believe it? yeah i not a fan of fish but after i taste couple dishes with this perfect rich of Vitamin D. And this finger food takes soiree snacking to another level!


6. Pinto Bean Burger: I'm a meat person! i love meat, for the sake of flat abs i think i might try this veggie burger.
